  • Email address (required)
  • Organization (optional)
  • Subject (optional)
  • Message content (required)

When you visit our website, Cloudflare Web Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated usage data (page views, referrers, country). No cookies are placed and no personal data is collected by this service.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your contact form data for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and discussing potential integration projects. The legal basis is:

  • Swiss nLPD (Art. 31): legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries
  • EU GDPR (Art. 6(1)(f)): legitimate interest in business communication; or Art. 6(1)(b) pre-contractual measures at your request

4. Data Processing and Third Parties

Contact form submissions are processed via FormSubmit.co, which forwards the data to our email address. FormSubmit does not store submissions permanently. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you book a call via Calendly, Calendly Inc. (USA) processes your booking data under their own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for the duration of our business relationship or inquiry, and no longer than 2 years after last contact unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. International Transfers

FormSubmit.co servers may be located outside Switzerland/EU. Cloudflare Web Analytics processes data on Cloudflare's global network. Where applicable, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

7. Your Rights

Under Swiss nLPD and EU GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Request data portability
  • Object to processing
  • Lodge a complaint with the Swiss FDPIC or your local EU supervisory authority
